Welcome to The Conversations Network

The Conversations Network is a listener-supported non-profit podcast network brought to you by a global team of passionate audio/video producers and editors.

'08 Conversations is our newest channel about (of course) the 2008 U.S. election. It's a collaboration of The Conversations Network and the Public Radio Exchange and will feature stories you're not likely to find anywhere else, either broadcast or online. We're starting with just one program each week, but will be expanding our coverage as November approaches.
Media Conversations features Future Talks, a new series available in both audio and vide formats. Future Talks is an interview-style program with futurists Glen Hiemstra and Gerd Leonhard. Look for more audio and video programs about traditional and new media on Media Conversations.
IT Conversations is our original channel, now the longest-running podcast on the planet. IT Conversations publishes a new audio program nearly every day, from the most important tech conferences to our unique programs. Not just IT, it's everything tech and beyond.
Our Social Innovation Conversations channel is dedicated to social change, from the pandemic of AIDS, to challenges posed by climate change and global poverty. Social Innovation Conversations is co-produced with the Center for Social Innovation at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
PodCorps.org is our worldwide team of producers who record and publish interviews and spoken-word events that would otherwise be lost forever. Podcasters and videobloggers join PodCorps.org to learn, share experience with others and give back to their communities.
Become a Member. Like public radio and television in the U.S., The Conversations Network depends on donations from listeners to sustain its operations. Membership is entirely optional. Everyone has access to all of our published programs. Your dues are tax deductible in the U.S. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.
One of our tools for audio engineers, The Levelator is free software that adjusts the levels within your program for variations from one speaker to the next. It's not a compressor, normalizer or limiter although it contains all three. It's much more than those tools, and it's much simpler to use.
